Bradford, Myers, Evans, Jones--My Fathers (Thomas E. Bradford) family (Bradfords and Myers) lived in Vicksburg for awhile.  His Uncle James Myers (my Great Uncle) lived at 1510 Sky Farm Rd.  I think my Great Grandfather (Timothy B. Bradford) lived there too.  I was in Vicksburg back in August (BY THE WAY...IT WAS HOT!!!!).  Since then I have tried to get to the census in Warren Co., and have been unable to do so.  My Mothers (Bettye Louise Evans Bradford) family [(Evan Wellington Jones and Signe Anna Jones) (My Grandmother was Clara I. Jones Evans)] also lived in Vicksburg.  My Great Grandfather Jones was part owner of  Dutton and Jones Foundry and Machine Shop on the Mississippi River (where the casino now sits). Their son, (My Great Uncle) Evan Wellington Jones, Jr. drown in the Mississippi River in June of 1921.  They are buried in the old City Cemetery.  I think the name has changed to Cedar Hill Cemetery.   As you can see my family roots in Warren Co. are Deep.  So if you could guide me in the right direction....I would be most thankful!!  Thank You for your time!  Ann M. Wharton--Looking for the parents of:  Samuel Wharton, born between 1811 and 1820, in Mississippi.  Samuel Wharton is listed on the 1840 Federal Census, Warren County, Mississippi, as head of the house between age 20 - 29, with another male about the same age.  Have extensive information on his daughter, married in Texas, she is my 2nd great grandmother.  RG Hunter. jerrydh@airmail.net    ^08-03
